Roto Molding

Rotational molding, or "roto" molding, is a manufacturing process in which resin is loaded into a mold and then placed in an oven. To shape the resin to the mold, the mold is rotated on both the horizontal and vertical planes in a controlled process. This continues while the mold is cooling to provide a uniform thickness throughout the mold.
